CI WASTE AUDIT

SERVICE TERMS

Terms

Effective 1 August 2026

1. Provider and service

CI Waste Audit is a technical consulting service provided by Tradi3. The service analyses customer-authorised continuous-integration metadata and produces diagnostic findings, a prioritised change plan, and a measurement scorecard according to the scope confirmed in writing.

2. Founding engagement and payment

The founding engagement is US$750 in total: a US$250 reservation and US$500 due when the completed audit report is delivered. Payment-platform fees and any taxes shown at checkout are included or disclosed before payment.

If the initial metadata triage does not identify at least one actionable waste class that both parties agree warrants deeper review, Tradi3 will refund the US$250 reservation to the original payment method. A customer may also cancel for a full reservation refund before data analysis begins. After analysis begins, refunds are limited to the triage condition above or rights that cannot legally be excluded.

3. Customer responsibilities

4. Access and implementation

The initial service does not require repository source access, credentials, or a GitHub App installation. Any deeper access or implementation work requires a separate written scope and customer authorisation. Tradi3 will never ask a customer to send a password, seed phrase, personal access token, or private key by email.

5. No guaranteed savings

Findings are professional technical opinions based on the supplied sample and its limitations. Repeated runs may be intentional, elapsed runtime is not necessarily billable time, and future CI usage can change. Tradi3 does not guarantee a particular cost reduction, performance improvement, or financial result.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, liability arising from the service is limited to the amount paid for the affected engagement. Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.

7. Confidentiality and intellectual property

Customer exports and non-public findings are treated as confidential and used only to deliver the engagement. The customer retains ownership of its data and code. Tradi3 retains its pre-existing methods, tools, templates, and general know-how; the customer may use the delivered report and scorecard internally without restriction.

8. Contact and disputes

Questions or concerns should be sent to hello@tradi3.com. The parties will first attempt to resolve disputes in good faith. These terms are governed by applicable Australian law, without excluding mandatory rights available in the customer’s jurisdiction.
