1. Who handles your data

Tradi3 provides CI Waste Audit and is responsible for personal information collected for the service. Contact hello@tradi3.com for privacy questions or requests.

2. Information collected

• Contact and business details you provide when enquiring or purchasing.
• Payment status and transaction identifiers supplied by the checkout provider; Tradi3 does not receive full card details.
• GitHub Actions metadata and redacted billing or job exports you deliberately provide for an audit.
• Correspondence, scope decisions, and delivered findings.

Do not provide passwords, personal access tokens, private keys, seed phrases, source code, environment variables, or data unrelated to the audit.

3. Why information is used

Information is used to answer enquiries, confirm scope, deliver the audit, process or refund payments, prevent abuse, meet legal obligations, and maintain essential business records. It is not sold or used for behavioural advertising.

4. Retention

Raw CI and billing exports are deleted within 30 days after audit delivery unless a shorter period is agreed. Reports, invoices, and essential correspondence may be retained as required for service history, tax, dispute, and legal obligations. You may request earlier deletion where those obligations do not require retention.

5. Service providers and location

Cloudflare hosts this website. The selected checkout provider processes payment and its own account data under its privacy terms. Email providers route correspondence. These services may process data outside your country using their stated safeguards.

6. Security and access

The triage workflow is designed to operate from exported metadata without a GitHub App or repository source access. Reasonable technical and organisational measures are used, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

7. Your choices

You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information, object to certain processing, or raise a complaint by emailing hello@tradi3.com. Mandatory legal retention and applicable jurisdictional rights may affect the response.
